1. Age and prohibited conduct

Minimum account age is 16 for Singapore and most supported locations, 18 for Brazil, India and South Korea, and 17 for Indonesia, subject to higher applicable requirements. We assess supplied birth-date information; this is not independent identity or age verification. Account access is not certification that a young person can safely join an activity.

Child sexual abuse/exploitation material, grooming, sexualisation of minors, trafficking, extortion and predatory behaviour are prohibited in all content, messages and group/session interactions. We may remove content and suspend or delete accounts where needed to protect users.

2. Reporting

Use in-app reports or email report@socialgryd.com with the account/content reference and a description of the concern. Do not download, copy, attach or forward suspected child abuse material. If someone is in immediate danger in Singapore, call police on 999 or emergency ambulance on 995; elsewhere use local emergency services. SocialGryd is not an emergency response service.

3. Handling and safeguards

Reports are assessed for protective action, restricted evidence preservation and referral to competent authorities where legally required or permitted. Access to sensitive evidence must be limited. Automated image classification can assist moderation but is not proof of age or abuse and is not a known-CSAM hash-matching service. We do not claim a live PhotoDNA, NCMEC or similar integration without evidence.

Review is not staffed around the clock and no one-hour response is guaranteed. Safety reports can be urgent even when a moderator is not immediately available; report imminent harm directly to authorities.

4. Organisers and appeals

Organisers must assess safeguarding and appropriate adult involvement, prohibit coercion and avoid exposing minors' routines, health information or home locations. Appeal account or content decisions through support@socialgryd.com; safety and lawful evidence-preservation restrictions may limit information disclosed. Privacy requests go to legal@socialgryd.com.
