Version 4.0 | Published: 7 September 2026

Beta policy update. Published 7 September 2026. Updated contractual terms apply to new registrations on express acceptance and to existing accounts from 8 October 2026 after notice and any required fresh acceptance. Existing rights are preserved. Corrected operator information and new safety/privacy controls apply as they are released; notices describe those controls and do not create consent by themselves. Read the complete update.

These rules apply to posts, comments, messages, profiles, media, groups, clubs, events, Train Together and challenges. They supplement the Terms and Acceptable Use Policy.

1. Respect and personal safety

No harassment, threats, hate, stalking, bullying, sexual harassment, discrimination, coercion, or encouragement of violence. Respect a refusal to meet or communicate. Do not evade blocks or suspensions. Do not share another person's address, contact details, private route, health information or intimate images without lawful authority.

2. Fitness and food

Do not encourage extreme restriction, purging, dehydration, dangerous supplements, exercising through injury, or challenges likely to cause harm. Do not shame bodies, food choices, disabilities, performance or rest. Personal experience is not professional medical advice. Do not present AI estimates as verified facts or claim qualifications you do not hold.

Do not encourage suicide, self-harm or violence, glorify terrorism/violent extremist groups, publish explicit pornography or sexual solicitation, or share graphic cruelty or violence to shock or threaten. Supportive discussion, prevention, legitimate reporting and educational context may be considered with appropriate restrictions; context never permits child sexual exploitation or non-consensual intimate content.

3. Child safety and exploitation

Child sexual abuse or exploitation, grooming, sexualisation of minors, trafficking and exploitative content are prohibited. Do not upload or forward suspected abuse material. Report a reference/location using the Child Safety Standards. Contact emergency services for immediate danger.

4. Honesty and lawful content

No impersonation, scams, fake qualifications, manipulated leaderboards, bought engagement, malware, illegal goods, deceptive promotions or spam. Respect copyright and privacy. Clearly disclose paid promotions and material affiliations. Organisers must accurately describe their activities and avoid implying SocialGryd has certified them.

5. Reporting and enforcement

Use in-app reporting or report@socialgryd.com. We can remove posts, restrict visibility or features, and suspend or delete accounts for misuse. Urgent safety actions may precede notice. Automated checks are imperfect. Appeal by replying to the decision or emailing support@socialgryd.com with the account/content reference and reasons. Reasons, review and external remedies are provided where applicable law requires. We do not promise continuous monitoring or immediate response.
